Gottlieb Day School.  Next year I am going Beauclerc Elementary.  I am very sad and happy.  After school we everyone from second and fourth grade went to jamie’s (A Girl From My Class) house for a pool party.  BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For my Memorial Day weekend, me and my family went to Tampa.  We first went to Legoland.  I went to all the roller coasters except for flight school, but I have been to flight school before.  When we left we continued our trip to Tampa.  When we got there we were at Embassy Suits hotel.  When we were in the hotel I was watching Kung Fu Panda 2.  Embassy Suits is the most fantsy hotel I ever been to.  The next day we went to the Ikea store.  After that, we went to Clearwater BeachClearwater is a city ver close to Tampa.  After that, we went back to Jacksonville.  I stayed up past 10:00 .P.M. that night.

Today, Mrs. Teitelbaum (My Teacher) assigned us to do a post.  We had four options.  The first option is to do a post about what have we approved from fourth grade.  The second option is to do a post about three memories from fourth grade.  Te third option is to do a post about your strength in your school.   The last option is to do a post about how to prepare for fifth grade.  I chose the second one, to do a post about three memories from fourth grade.

Memory 1.  Savannah, Georgia field trip.  I liked it, because we were in Savannah the whole day.  Savannah is my favorite field trip this year and my second favorite field trip I ever had.  My favorite field trip was to Sea World.  I even have a post about Savannah.  I have done this post a few weeks ago.  Here it is.

My Trip To Savannah

Last Thursday, we went to SavannahGeorgia. We had to bring breakfast, 2 snacks, a poncho, a jacket, an electronic, a camera, and water bottles.  First, I woke up at 4:17 a.m.  Second, I woke my mom.  Third, I packed my Kindle Fire (My Electronic), my lunch, my snack, my poncho, my jacket (I Did Not Need It, because  It Was Not Cold In The Bus), my breakfast, my mom’s old cell phone, my Toronto Maple Leafs hat, my sunglasses, and my back pack.  I was at the bus at 6:35 .a.m.  The bus ride was supposed to take 2:30 hours, but the bus ride took 3:00 hours.  First, we watched a small show. Second, we were at the Savannah history museum. Third, we went to a church.  Fourth, we ate lunch.  Fifth, we were exploring the city.  Sixth, we went to Fort Jackson.  7th, we were supposed to go to the synagogue, but we could not, because there was a thunderstorm, so we left.  And last, we left.

At the history museum, we were looking at old artifacts and things from the Civil War.  The movie was talking about the Civil War.  At the church, we learned that the church was the oldest building in Georgia.  At Fort Jackson we were learning about military stands, such as about face, left face, right face, and the salute.  About face is when you turn to the person who says about face.  Left face is when you turn to your left.  Right face is when you turn to your right.  A salute is when you put your hand on your forehead.  When we were on the ride home it was hailing and there was cool (dangerous) light and barely any thunder.

My favorite parts were when we went on the bus ride to Savannah and Fort Jackson.  I liked the bus ride to Savannah, because it felt like an airplane, I could play on my Kindle Fire The whole ride, me, Elior, Jake, and Jonah were playing around, and we watched a funny movie called Jack AND Jill.  I liked Fort Jackson, because we learned that you have to take medicine before you go to the military.  We learned what to wear in the military, such as leather.  We learned how to use flags.  We got to see  2 cannon launches which were very loud.

Memory 2.  My second memory of fourth grade was my first blog post.  My first post was about was about my second book report.  My book’s name was Oh No Noah.  Here is the post.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I have just done a book report.  The title of the book was Oh, No, Noah.  The main character is Noah. Will Noah fix the problem, or not?  If you want to know how this book got its title, and want to learn more about this book you should read it.  It has a lot more things like the problem, the conclusion, and the the summary. You should read this book.  I like this book, and so will you.  :-)

Third Memory.  My last memory is when I got sixty posts in a school year.  I chose to make sixty posts as my goal, because Steven Stamkos (National Hockey Player  In the Tampa Bay  Lightning).  I did a post abut this.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________

50 Posts I need 10 more!

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________

This Post Is going to be my 50th post I have done.

I want to get 60 posts by the end of the year, because

Steven Stamkos (A National Hockey Player In The

Tampa Bay Lightning) and he has 60 goals this season

and he scored the most goals this hockey season.  I so

far have the most posts in my class.  The people that

have the second most in my class are Zoe and

Zachary, they have 41 posts.

I have 7 weeks left in school, but Our class is not

assigned much posts anymore, but I will find creative

posts that I can do.

P.S.  My favorite hockey team is the San Jose Sharks.

My second favorite team is the Edmonton Oilers.  My

third favorite team is the Tampa Bay Lightning.

These were my memories.  Those were one of the most happiest times in fourth grade.  My first memory is Savannah.  My Second memory was my first blog post. My third blog post is getting sixty posts.  This is my last post my teacher is grading on.  This does not mean I am going to stop blogging.

Last week, we made trailers about fourth grade.  If you are in third grade you will have to watch this video.

Saber Tooth Tiger

By: Yoni

#1: Introduction

Have you heard about an animal with two large front teeth? This report will tell you about this strong predator.  The animal is called the saber tooth tiger.  Saber tooth tigers were very strong predators, they were the emperor of cats, and they were the strongest predators in the Ice Age.  Saber tooth tigers did not look like tigers, tigers have orange fur and black stripes, saber tooth tigers had light brown fur, no stripes, and no spots, but they are both wild cats.  Do saber tooth tigers still live today?  No, they are extinct.  Read on to find out more about what saber tooth tigers hunted, where they lived, when they lived, and how they became extinct.

#2: What did the saber tooth cat do?

Saber toothed tigers hunted during the morning, and the rest of the day they were lazy like most lions in the afternoon.  Saber toothed tigers ate mammoth, bison, horses, and deer and they drank water.  Saber tooth tigers were in packs, they were not alone.  The saber tooth tigers were not very active and fast, but they were very sneaky.  So when they saw a mammoth alone, saber tooth tigers charged and killed the mammoth, then they would drag it to a cave and then eat it.  Saber toothed tigers were very strong, they could face a big adult mammoth in a fight and the saber tooth might be able to kill the mammoth.

#3: Where Did Saber Tooth Tigers Live?

Saber tooth tigers lived in South America, North
America, and the Pacific coast.  They lived in green meadows or in the caves.  Saber tooth tigers were different from normal wild cats.  Normal wild cats live in the jungle, the wild, the rainforest, the mountains, the forest, and the woods.  Saber toothed tigers did not live in those places, they lived in the caves and in the green meadows.  The type of wild cats are tigers, lions, bobcats, pumas, jaguars, siberian tiger, leopards, cheetah, mountain lions, and Saber tooth tigers. How many years ago did these animals live?

#4: When Did Saber Tooth Cats Live, When Did They Become Extinct, And How They Became Extinct?

Saber tooth tigers lived in the Ice Age period.  That was 20,000 years ago and 17,988 .B.C.  Saber tooth tigers been around 10,000 years, because they became extinct 10,000 years ago and 7,988 .B.C.  So, right now it is 2012 .A.D, back then it was 17,988. B.C.  Saber tooth tigers went extinct, because the weather had become warmer, so the saber tooth tiger and most of the animals could not take the heat, because they lived in the cold weather, so they were not used to the warm weather.  That is also how the Ice Age ended.  Why is the time we live in is not called the Ice Age?  It isn’t, because there is not snow and ice everywhere in the world.

#5: Conclusion
The Ice Age was a period 20,000 years ago.  There were many big, small, strong, weak, fast, slow, smart, and not smart animals.  Saber tooth tigers were one of these awesome creatures.  They had two very large teeth, so they can hunt for their prey.  They were medium size, but they could kill animals by attacking, because they were very strong, they were very sneaky, and they could jump on them.  The saber tooth tigers are known to be the strongest wild cat.  Some animals survived when the Ice Age ended and most animals were extinct when the Ice Age ended.  In this time, people find fossils and bones of saber tooth tigers and put them at the history museum.

My Best Post

This week we were assigned to do a blog post about our best post since Febuary.  I chose as my Sience Lab!  I had chose this post, because I had many links a few pictures, my post was interesting, and my links were very interesting.  If you want to see my post then I will show it.

__________________________________________________________________________

Science Lab!

Today, we went to the science lab.  We were talking about the rock cycle.  There are 5, really 3, but two of them are melted rock, here are the types of rocks igneous, sedimentary, metamorphic, magma, and lava.  My guess how old is Earth is about 10.8 billion years old.  The time rocks came on Earth was 10.6 billion years ago.  The universe is about 15.7 billion years old.  G-D lived forever, so G-D is the Crazy Number years old (the biggest number) (a number I made up.)  Some rocks are very old.  The rock cycle starts as a volcano eruption, then the lava turns to igneous rocks, then igneous rocks turn to sediment, then sediment turn to sedimentary rocks, then sedimentary rocks turn to metamorphic rocks, then metamorphic rocks turn to magma, then comes a volcano eruption, then the lava turns to igneous rocks, then igneous turns to sediment, then sediment turns to sedimentary rocks, then sedimentary rocks turn to metamorphic rocks, then metamorphic rocks turns to magma, then the cycle goes again and again.  In the science lab, we made the weirdest igneous rocks ever, the rocks looked like vegetable Barth.  That was it about the science lab.  :-)

Did you like the post?  I did.  My post was about rocks, so that was why the post was talking about rocks, and volcanoes.  Now you know even more about the rock cycle, volcanic eruptions, and how all the types of rocks form.

Hello everyone, here is the new president Ella.  She is one year old and she is very responsible.  She will make joy for the United States of America.  In fact she is a Double joy,  joy.  She is very cute.  Here is why you will be so happy that she is president.

She is the teacher and principal of Ella School (ES.)  She takes you to any sport game you want and anywhere you want more than twice a day and when there is nothing to do, we get free time inside or outside whatever you want.  She is also a cute baby.  It is cool that a baby teaches a school.  She says cute words, such as e-da, e-sa?, e-se?, e-da?, e-sa, e-se.  When she spins around, she says chu-se chu-se, cha-se cha-se cha-se.

Ella teaches baby languages, such as e-da, e-sa? e-se?, e-da?, e-sa, e-se, chu-se chu-se, cha-se cha-se cha-se, hee hee hee hee hee,  Waaa!  Waaa!  She also teaches how to play, such as tag, freeze tag, Chinese freeze tag, hide and seek tag, hide and seek, cheese touch, the cooties, and peek-a-boo.

Ella is very nice, when she is playing with a toy, she some time gives it to me, because she is so nice.  Sometimes, she lets you go in front of her, because she is so kind.  Even sometime, she will help you with your chores, can’t you believe that?

Ella, respects others, she knows that good things will happen when she is respectful.  If you respect her, she will respect you back, but if you are not respectful to her, she will not be respectful back to you, so you want to be respectful to her.  You actually should be respectful to everyone, too.  If you will be respectful to someone, he or she will respect you back, but if you are not respectful to someone, he or she will not be respectful to you.  Being respectful is very important in life.

Ella is very smart, she say some words in English, some words in Hebrew, and some words in Russian.  The English word is peek-a-boo.  The words in Hebrew are אמא, אבא, מה זה.  The Russian word she says is Da.

I told you that you would be happy that she is the president of the United States of America.  She is actually my baby sister.  Ella likes to make jokes.  Bye!
