Hi, last weekend I had strep. This is how it all started, last Friday I woke up with my throat hurting to swallow. Then when I got to class my head started to hurt like a headache. After that happened I had lunch and went into a room where everyone in the school was with their parents/guardians. Finally I started to get very dizzy. So I went into the school office and they took my temperature and I had a fever. After that, we called my grandmother to take me home. When I got home I watched a movie and fell asleep. The next day I woke up dizzy again and I also had a fever so my mom took me to the doctor. He figured out that I had strep. So I had to go on medicine for twenty-four hours (that’s a whole day)! Now I am back at school and strep free! Have you ever had strep?
