Today my reading group read a book called Where the Red Fern Grows. It’s about a boy and his two dogs, who hunt raccoons. We had to write a blog post that says if hunting should be allowed, and I think that it should not. I say this because if you kill an animal, you’re basically killing another person. Also, g-d created animals for a reason, and not just to be hunted and killed. What would you think if animals basically became humans and humans became animals, and animals started coming after you trying to kill you? I bet you’d probably be killed within a month. That’s why I think hunting should not be allowed.

You picked a very juicy topic! People have strong feelings about the ethics of hunting and whether or not it Judaism would approve. I agree with you, Jonah. I am not a huge fan of hunting for sport.
I like that you are willing to speak your mind on controversial topics.
Keep blogging!
