The Ant and the Grasshopper

Posted by on April 3, 2014

This week in Hebrew class, we finished working on a project. It started when Morah Rivkah read us different stories in Hebrew that had morals at he end of the story. She told us that we had to choose one of them to work on. I chose to write one called The Grasshopper and the Ant. The moral of the story is about working when it is time to work and playing when it is time to play. The reason I chose this story is because I belive it is important to work hard or there will be lifelong repercussions. That is why I chose this story. Here it is.

Do you work when it is time to work and play when it is time to play? What were some of the other topics you read? I think it is important to do what you have to on time. Do you think that is important? I think it is good to do what you have to when you have to because it makes you a hard worker.

Elior, I really liked the moral of this story because I believe that the moral is true that there is a time to play and a time to work. The illustrations were amazing and it looks like you put a lot of time and effort in to it. The way you worded the story really made it make sense. Great job,
