This week is Red Ribbon Week. On Red Ribbon Week, you study about being healthy. For instance, we learned about saying no to drugs, eating and drinking healthy, and getting enough sleep at night. Here is one thing I would like to do better. I would like to go to bed earlier because I am always kept up by homework and never get enough sleep. Then, I am always tired the next day in school and it get me bad grades for not participating. I will try to go to bed at 8:45 p.m. at least once a week if not more. Also, I will try and get my homework done in school so I have more free time at home. I am very good when it comes to eating healthy though because I love vegetables. Also, I always try to stay active and I run almost every day. I live a mostly healthy life except for sleeping which I will work better on. Happy Red Ribbon Day!
