On Friday, the sixth grade class went to The Coves to make blanket with the senior citizens. Personally, I love going to The Coves because it means I get to spend time with other people it makes me feel good inside. Here’s some reflection on what we did at The Coves and what we think of it. I hope it provokes some thought in you.
I think blankets can do a great deal for poop people. For one, it keeps them warm and also, it shows them that people care for them and want to make sure that they are fine. If I could choose an organization to give them too, I would probably choose Sulzbacher Center because I have done a lot of things with them. Not only is it a good thing to give to the poor, but it is also good to spend time with old people. Let’s face it, they are kind of lonely and they love company, especially if they are kids. That is why we did a good deed on this mitzvah trip.
