My name is Silvia Tolisano. I was born in Germany, raised in Argentina and have been living in the United States for over 20 years.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish with a Minor in International Studies and a Masters in Education with an emphasis in Instructional Technology. My teaching certifications are in Educational Media Specialist, German and Spanish.

My special interests include 21st century learning, technology integration, digital storytelling and global awareness. I blog and twitter under the name of "langwitches".

My name is Andrea Hernandez. I started working at MJGDS in 2006-07 as the school's tech resource teacher and technology coordinator. As our school's use of technology has evolved, my job description and responsibilities have changed to reflect the changing paradigm of how technology is used in education.

I hold a Masters in Education with an emphasis in Instructional Technology. My interest in educational technology was originally sparked when I saw student motivation increase with the use of computers in my 4th/5th grade classroom.

My current special interests include "blogfolios," creativity, and issues of environmental sustainability. I blog and twitter under the name of "edtechworkshop".
