8th Grade Week in Review

Life As We Knew It recap

We, again didn’t read much this week, but here is a quick update. Most of the world is having issues with tsunamis because the tides are controlled by the moon. Most people aren’t going to school and Miranda is among them. Her brother, mother, neighbor, and her all go to the store to stalk up on food they might need. The food is cheaper, but more fights have broken out over it. Gas prices were hiked up so high they now reside at 7-8 dollars a gallon. Most restaurants have closed and the ones that haven’t are packed. By: Itamar

This week in Mrs. Teitelbaum’s class, we learned about adjectives. An adjective is a word that describes a noun. We learned about different types of adjectives which are noun adjuncts, pronominal adjectives, participial adjectives and descriptive adjectives. We also learned that pronouns and verbs can be adjectives too if they are in front of a noun. By: Zachary
