What Jo Did

Yesterday we read a book about a girl named Joanna. Joanna  was great at basket ball, she could could slam dunk a ball in her basket. But her parents didn’t know how high a regular basket is, so they put it on the roof which was ten feet tall instead of sixteen. One day she goes to the park and she bumps in to some boys, Joanna falls down. The boys make it up to her by letting her play, but first they ask her what her name is, she says Jo .Later on in the game she slam dunks, but her hat falls off. They she is a girl, but they play with her anyway.
