Officer Bass, Report to The Station!
Yesterday, Officer Bass came in to talk to us about drugs, and stranger danger.
First, she (Officer Bass ) was telling us about drugs and how they not only hurt us, but how they can put our lives in danger! Next, she talked a little bit about stranger danger. She mentioned how the criminals could already be planning their next crime. She showed us a video with a criminal wearing different disguises trying to take kids. Last, she gave us police badge stickers to show we are all good people. She also showed us what side to wear the badge on!
I thought Officer Bass was really nice and she is a good citizen of Jacksonville. It would be fun if we could go to her office so she could show us around and, show us what she does everyday. Now that would be cool!

It sounds like Officer Bass went over some very important information about criminals. It is so important to always be aware of your surroundings, even if you are extremely comfortable where you are (ex. soccer field).
If you have younger siblings, be sure to keep an eye on them as they may not be as informed as you now are!
