So, 2012 started off positive in Seminole Swamp. Almost everyone in class received an A or B on the math test this week. That made me feel very proud and happy as a teacher that you are learning. What happened this week that was positive in school? Did you learn something awesome? Did you read something interesting? Think! Always be positive! No one wants to read negative or sad comments. Yes, I did learn something awesome, I learned that if you leave a thermometer on a bench it will not work so good.

I had an awesome first week in 2012 back in school because we did our first official science experiment. I learned that the red stuff in the thermometer is mercury and that there is a 32 degree difference in F and C. I read a really awesome book. The series is called Macdonald Hall. The name of the book is ” This Can’t be Happening at Macdonald Hall “. My Aunt Nancy from N.Y. sent me some of the Macdonald Hall series for my Hanukkah present.
P.S. I really like your clock handbag. It has a different time than the classroom clock. I wonder which clock is right?
I think that 2012 has been good and bad because the bad part is that I sprained my ankle and the good part is I happy I made it to my first Knesset meeting with my sprained ankle. Mrs.Rogo and Mrs.B what has been good or bad in 2012? What I learned that I didn’t know that the mercury on the thermometer doesn’t move so fast. Now that it is 2012 there’s going to be a summer again
+ it’s going to be my birthday again and in June I go to Ramah. I had an awesome first week in 2012 back in school because I got to see my friends again.
